Method of decellularized scaffold for tissue regeneration using oil and composition of tissue decellularization

The present invention relates to a method of preparing a decellularized scaffold for tissue regeneration using oils, and a composition for tissue decellularization. The method comprises the following steps: (a) preparing a tissue to be decellularized; (b) adding the tissue to be decellularized to a fixing solution consisting of acrylamide, bis-acrylamide, azo-initiator, and phosphate-buffered saline (PBS), thereby causing the fixing solution to permeate the tissue; (c) adding oils to the tissue permeated with the fixing solution and subjecting the same to polymerization at 37-45°C for 3-4 hours under vacuum, thereby producing a polymerized tissue; and (d) adding the polymerized tissue produced in the step (c) to a surfactant solution and carrying out electrophoresis or physical agitation.
