The present embodiments provide a method of manufacturing a dry electrode based on a low temperature solution process using a flexible mold, an electrode used to the surface of skin or clothing because of maintaining a high conductivity even when the electrode is curved, by laminating a layer of a stirred polymer binder on a conductive material, and an apparatus for measuring a biosignal using the same. A method of measuring an electrode for measuring a biosignal includes a step of performing heat treatment for a first solution to form a mold, a step of performing heat treatment for a second solution to form an electrode.
