The present invention relates to a smart life vest, in which a control unit determines whether pulse and temperature of a user deviate from standard pulse and temperature through a pulse measuring sensor and a temperature measuring sensor provided on one side of a life vest, in which an output unit receives the sensed temperature and the sensed pulse to display the same on a display, and which transmits information capable of notifying danger to the user when a value sensed from the pulse and temperature measuring sensors is less or more than a standard value. The output unit maintains set temperature through heating when the temperature sensed in the control unit is less than the standard temperature, and through cooling when the temperature sensed in the control unit exceeds the standard temperature. One side of the life vest can easily identify a state of the user through color by using thermo-paint whose color is changed in accordance with temperature to display a color change at the temperature causing life-threatening.
