The devices that protect the soldier’s life is just a bullet proof jacket and second-generation devices. Indian Army has curbed second generation devices, which are an obstacle rather than a resource. Using the advancement of Internet of Battle Things(IOBT), the military man has been exposed to vital information collection and controlled resources on battlefield. The bulletproof jacket worn by Indian Army is contrived of Kelvar which does not equip complete surveillance. Thus, it is essential to develop a device that monitors the life of our soldiers. This paper urges a Multi-level function Framework planted on vest of the soldiers. This framework envelops several information in a single knob, comprising physiology, emotions, fatigue, environment and locations. This facilitates Soldiers to gain ample witness, decision-making skill and report resilience under resource constraints.
