Plum drink with Natural aromatic water of plum

A plum drink using natural aromatic water of plum according to an embodiment of the present invention is prepared by a method comprising: a first step of extracting a plum distillate by putting yellow plum fruit, purified water, and refined sugar in a distillation extractor; a second step of producing plum hydrosol by cooling the plum distillate; and a third step of mixing the plum hydrosol and carbonated water. In the first step, the mixing ratio of yellow plum fruit, purified water, and refined sugar is 10 kg : 35 L : 40% of the amount of the purified water, and in the second step, the plum hydrosol is obtained when the plum hydrosol is produced up to 30 L.
