The present invention relates to a method for producing a flame retardant polyester masterbatch for fibers containing a highly dispersed phosphorus-based flame retardant and an anti-wear agent, comprising the steps of: (A) blending the polyester and the anti-wear agent in a kneader; (B) melting, extruding, cooling, and cutting the blend to complete the semifinished product; (C) mixing the semi-finished product with polyester, phosphorus-based flame retardant, and dispersant; and (D) melting, extruding, cooling, and cutting the mixture to complete the masterbatch. Accordingly, the present invention has the effect of maximizing the overall flame retardancy and durability as having a high concentration of 50% or more and high dispersion of 30 g or more.
