The present invention relates to a virtual reality (VR)-based tourism content-linked drone simulation system and, more specifically, to a VR-based tourism content-linked drone simulation system which inserts a virtual drone into an image output through a VR device, can feel the fun like the actual operation of the drone without any safety issues, privacy violations, or restrictions on the use time by controlling the virtual drone through a real manipulator, and can feel the fun through the game and the practice for the actual drone operation, and the fun watching the actual sightseeing course at the same time by selecting a practice mode, a game mode, and a travel mode to experience the same.
