The present invention relates to a wearable walking assistance device using a stiffness control clutch principle and, more specifically, to a wearable walking assistance device using a stiffness control clutch principle, which assists the stiffness of the whole lower leg joints of a pedestrian using the stiffness control clutch principle, and is suitably applied to the changes of the pelvic joint, the knee joint and the ankle joint of the pedestrian.
