Disclosed is a sprout pack, comprising a porous layer having a porous structure; a separator that is laminated on the porous layer and prevents the discharge of water to the porous layer for a predetermined time; a soil block laminated on the separator and compressed by drying bed soil; seeds disposed spaced horizontally above the soil block at regular intervals; and a nutrient layer which is laminated on the soil block to fix the seed and which disintegrates in water to supply nutrients to the seeds.
