An environmental protection learning board game tool comprises: a plurality of game tools; a board plate provided with a plurality of spaces arranged along at least one route for the game tools to move in accordance with a number of a dice; a plurality of development cards including a basic development card, an eco-friendly development card, and a thoughtless development card; a plurality of disaster cards in which a command to order a portion of resource blocks that at least one player has to return is written based on the number of eco-friendly development cards or thoughtless development cards activated by the player; and a plurality of resource blocks used to activate the development cards.
