Disclosed are a method for load balancing a mobile cloud network for partial computation offloading and a system thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method for load balancing comprises the steps of: performing load balancing on offloading calculation amount determined as the offloading is requested in an application of a client; assigning a task to a server based on the performed load balancing; and delivering a task result returned to the client as the task assigned to the server is processed.
