According to an embodiment of the present invention, an artificial intelligence server for controlling multiple robots using artificial intelligence may comprise: a communication unit receiving an image of each of the multiple zones; and a processor obtaining status information of each zone based on the received images, obtaining degrees of urgency for guidance corresponding to each of the multiple zones based on the obtained status information for each zone, determining whether there is a degree of urgency greater than a predetermined value among the obtained degrees of urgency for guidance, and transmitting a first control instruction moving one or more robots to a zone corresponding to the corresponding degree of urgency if there is the degree of urgency greater than the predetermined value.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
