The present invention relates to a safety management and fire detection system for forest disaster extinguishing crews and a method of using the same, which can minimize power consumption by using low-power communication based on LoRa, monitors body conditions of the fire disaster extinguishing crews using a sensor to check the biometric information of the extinguishing crews, confirms and saves a relative extinguishing crew by extinguishing crews near the extinguishing crew who is judged to have an abnormality and can manage fires.
