The present invention relates to a polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) polarizing film filled with sepiolite in which iodine is adsorbed on a PVA film filled with sepiolite. More specifically, provided are the PVA polarizing film filled with sepiolite improving existing low thermal stability and physical strength and having satisfactory transmittance and polarization characteristics in a simplified process, and the manufacturing method thereof.
