The present invention relates to a real-time production managing method of a textile industry for a connected factory which is two processes of a smart factory. The method comprises: a raw material warehousing management process of inputting and recording a raw material name, the quantity, a unit price, and customer information during the raw material warehousing required for a textile industry; a stretching management process of inputting and storing stretching process information including a stretching type, a raw material type, the usage amount, and loss in a stretching process; a weaving management process of inputting and recording weaving process information including a texture type to be woven, a stretching type to be used, the usage amount and the loss amount in a weaving process; an inventory and production managing process of calculating and managing information required by the textile industry, including a raw material, inventory for each stretching type, and the production amount for each stretching and textile type with respect to input data of the raw material warehousing management process, the stretching management process and the weaving management process; a coating process management process including the type and amount of a texture when a coating process is required in a texture production process; and an order management process of smoothing production and delivery in response to an order. According to the present invention, the entire process of the textile industry is systematically managed in real time by providing the real-time production management method of a textile industry for a connected factory in which each process can be excluded through an input means, thereby realizing a smart factory, increasing the quality, reducing costs, and increasing productivity.
