The present invention relates to a multi-access support proxy framework for a multi-resolution war game, which is capable of wide multi-resolution modelling by simultaneously linking various alliance systems and independent systems. The multi-access support proxy framework for a multi-resolution war game of the present invention comprises: a multi-resolution model management unit for multi-resolution object management; a multi-access object model interface unit for allowing a multi-resolution object model to have a message communication with a multi-access object manager; a multi-access object model managing unit for managing an object event message for transceiving linked object information and a proxy management message; and a multi-access proxy processing unit for processing information on independent proxies and proxies for linking with an external system.
