Disclosed is a method for screening personalized probiotics, foods, health-functional foods, and drugs by using PMAS. A method for screening personalized probiotics, foods, health-functional foods, and drugs according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises steps of: acquiring a personal sample of a user; pretreating the sample to mix the sample with a predetermined number of candidate substances; and analyzing the mixture of the sample and the candidate substances to screen a personalized microbiota-alleviating candidate substance.
