The present invention relates to a drug reactivity test device, which comprises: a reaction chamber portion having a cavity portion for receiving a sample; a plurality of fine flow paths disposed below the cavity portion while spaced apart from each other, and transporting a drug which reacts with the sample; and a penetrating portion interposed between the sample and the plurality of fine flow paths and transmitting the drug toward the sample.
