The present invention relates to a method for providing noninvasive information for prognostic analysis of gastroesophageal varices. The method uses change values in spleen stiffness and can predict a pressure difference in hepatic vein while not using existing invasive methods, thereby being effectively used for prognostic analysis of gastroesophageal varices.
