The present invention relates to a manufacturing method for a sealed lunch box and a sealed lunch box manufactured by the same. The purpose of the present invention is to provide the manufacturing method for a sealed lunch box, capable of manufacturing a lunch box with an improved sealing force to prevent the inflow of foreign substances and spoiling. More specifically, the manufacturing method for a sealed lunch box includes: a rice supplying step (S10) of raising rice cooked by a lifting unit and putting the rice cooked to a hopper; a fixed rice amount discharge step (S20) of discharging the rice, which is put into the hopper, in a fixed amount of the rice (100) by a first conveyor unit; a fixed rice amount loading step (S30) of loading the fixed amount of the rice (100) on a lunch box container; a vinyl film packing step (S40) putting the lunch box container into a contraction packing device by a second conveyor unit after covering the lunch box container in which the fixed amount of the rice (100) is loaded, and enclosing the lunch box container by a vinyl film; and a vinyl film contracting step (S50) of contracting the vinyl film with hot air by putting the lunch box container enclosed by the vinyl film into a heat tunnel by a third conveyor unit.
