The present invention relates to a cardiac targeting agent comprising tannic acid, which, tannylating a heart disease therapeutic agent to be delivered to the heart, provides the heart disease therapeutic agent with ability to bind to cardiac myocardium, thereby enabling cardiac targeting and accumulation of a therapeutic agent, wherein the therapeutic agent can be targeted to the heart with high efficiency even via non-invasive intravenous administration alone, unlike conventional invasive methods used to target therapeutic agents to the heart.
