Image Sensor Including a Phase-Difference Detection Pixel Having a Lining Layer

An image sensor is provided. The image sensor includes: an antireflection layer formed on a substrate; grid patterns and guide patterns on the antireflection layer; a color filter between the grid patterns; a phase difference detection filter between one of the grid patterns and the guide pattern; and a lining layer formed between one of the grid patterns and the phase difference detection filter. The lining layer may have a lower refractive index than the phase difference detection filter. It is possible to increase the light receiving efficiency and phase difference detection sensitivity of a phase difference detection pixel.
