The present invention relates to a cell for tracking a target location using a bio-orthogonal reaction, a kit for lesion diagnosis comprising the same, and a method for tracking the target location in vivo using the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a positron emission tomography (PET) cell tracking imaging method. The cell for tracking the target location loaded with porous nanoparticles connected with a bio-orthogonal functional group according to the present invention can target the in vivo target position at a high target rate compared to the prior art. In addition, the porous nanoparticles are laded into the target tracking cell for a long time, there is a useful effect of repeatedly obtaining a high reliability PET image for a long time by using a label function compound.
