The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing gypsum for cement and, more specifically, to a method for manufacturing neutralized gypsum to be added to cement using sulfuric acid wastewater generated from processes for producing a semiconductor or a phosphate fertilizer or using phosphogypsum.
