The present invention relates to a lightning arrester rod having a waterproof function capable of guiding to the ground while preventing moisture such as dew condensation or rain water generated in the open air to move along a lightning arrester rod unit guided by lightning. The lightning arrester rod having a waterproof function comprises: a bracket (100) fixed to a building (10); a base fixing member (200) which is installed to be inclined downward while protruding to a side from the bracket (100); and a lighting arrester rod unit (300) detachably fixed to the base fixing member (200) to include lightning. The lightning arrester rod unit (300) includes a moisture guide unit (330) which guides downward so that the moisture generated from the outside is not moved to the building (10).
