Disclosed is an instrument for improving a cognitive ability using a mobile. The instrument for improving a cognitive ability using a mobile comprises: a fixing part fixed to the ceiling and a wall; a plurality of supports radially coupled to the fixing part to be able to rotate; and objects coupled to each end of the supports and having different shapes belonging to specific categories. Each object includes: a speaker; a sound source module having a specific sound source or a sound effect embedded therein; and a switch operating the sound source module. The specific sound source or the sound effect is set corresponding to the specific shape of the object, and the corresponding sound source module is operated by control of the switch to provide the sound source or the sound effect through the speaker. The object having the specific shape and the sound source or the sound effect specified to the object are interworked by using the mobile, thereby naturally intriguing the interest of a patient and inducing cognitive therapy continuously and repeatedly, and thus, it is possible to expect improvement in cognitive ability and relief of a level of dementia.
