The present invention relates to an one-stop process, which is a 3D filament manufacturing process comprising a twin screw extruder, a cooling tank capable of controlling two or more temperatures, and a winding facility. The high functional eco-friendly 3D filament according to the present invention simplifies the manufacturing process and reduces the manufacturing cost and defective rate, thereby securing not only functionality but also price competitiveness.
