The present invention can provide: a 3-phenyl-2,8-dihydropyrano[2,3-f]chromen derivative having excellent efficacy in preventing and treating metabolic syndrome including obesity and diabetes; and a pharmaceutical composition comprising the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the 3-phenyl-2,8-dihydropyrano[2,3-f]chromen derivative has excellent effects of preventing and treating metabolic syndrome comprising obesity and diabetes.
