Transformation method of Solanum nigrum and Transgenic Solanum nigrum

The present specification discloses a method for transforming Solanum nigrum, comprising the steps of: preparing Agrobacterium including a vector; culturing and growing cotyledons of Solanum nigrum in MS medium; co-culturing Agrobacterium with the cotyledons of Solanum nigrum to obtain transgenic cotyledons of Solanum nigrum; making the transgenic cotyledons of Solanum nigrum grow in a selected medium and culturing in darkness; and culturing the cotyledons of Solanum nigrum cultured in the darkness with light to obtain shoots of Solanum nigrum. The present invention also discloses a transgenic Solanum nigrum plant obtained by the transformation method of the present invention.
