AI AI system for making patent document using keywords

摘要

An objective of the present invention is to resolve a problem of difficulty of writing a patent specification caused by a nonsystematic manual patent specification writing method, and a problem of omission and misconception of information caused by a simple explanation with an agent. The present invention provides a keyword patent specification writing method using AI and a system thereof. The keyword patent specification writing method using AI comprises: (A) a component keyword input step of a patent; (B) an inputted keyword analysis step using AI; (C) an existing product group analysis and similar patent search step using AI; (D) a matching step by part for a keyword and search data in a patent specification using AI; (E) a paragraph editing and correcting step by matched part using AI; (F) an additional input and correction step; and (G) a learning step of a system using AI. Omission and misconception of information of a patent specification are prevented by systematic patent specification writing using component keywords. A patent specification can be written without difficulty by using an automatic writing method in a patent specification writing system. Moreover, the performance of the writing system is improved by the writing system using learning AI.
