Provided are a candle-type microstructure, a method for manufacturing the same and a method of inserting the candle-type microstructure into the skin. The candle-type microstructure of the present invention includes: a body portion formed on a substrate and having a first cross section; a neck portion including a second cross section smaller than the first cross section of the body portion and formed on the body portion to extend in a direction away from the substrate; and a head portion including a third cross section wider than the second cross section of the neck portion and formed on the neck portion to extend in a direction away from the substrate.
