AUTOMATIC SYSTEM OF SEARCHING REAL-ESTATE FOR ESTIMATING THE REAL-ESTATE AND METHOD THEREOF

An automatic search system for estimating real estate and a method thereof are disclosed. The automatic search system comprises: a real estate database in which real estate data are stored in advance; a real estate DB search module for searching for the real estate data previously stored in the real estate database; a supreme court registration history search module for automatically searching for a supreme court registration history; a real estate change determination module for determining the existence of a relevant change of the real estate by comparing the real estate data searched by the real estate DB search module and the supreme court registration history automatically searched by the supreme court registration history search module; and a real estate change output module for automatically outputting the relevant change in real time if the real estate change determination module determines that there is the relevant change.
