The present invention relates to a transferring technique and patterning of a biomaterial for enhancing biological properties of artificial blood vessels and a method of manufacturing the same. The artificial blood vessel according to the present invention includes a flexible polymer film manufactured by solvent casting with a polymer solution; and a thin film-patterned ceramic and/or metal-containing bioactive material, which allows a pattern profile to be embossed or engraved through a photolithography process so that the polymer film does not peel off when the polymer film is bent, and which is transferred to and embedded in the polymer membrane surface when the thin film-patterned ceramic and/or metal-containing bioactive material is solvent cast with a polymer solution.
