The present invention relates to a lesion position marking device comprising: a stereotactic head (110) which is made of a material having a magnetic force, of which the diameter is smaller toward the tip and which is inserted into the lesion in the human body; a suture (120) of which one end is fixed on a rear end of the stereotactic head (110) and the other end is extended to the outside of the human body; and a head pressurizing pipe (130) which is formed in a hollow pipe shape where the suture (120) is accommodated inside, of which the tip is coupled to the rear end of the stereotactic head (110) to be removable and which pressurizes the stereotactic head (110) to be inserted into the lesion.
