The present invention relates to a micro-structured skin absorption enhancer capable of administering an insulin through skin, an insulin applied to skin including the micro-structured skin absorption enhancer, and a method for administering an insulin using the insulin applied to skin including the micro-structured skin absorption enhancer. The micro-structured skin absorption enhancer comprises: wings (210) spreading a gap on a surface of skin; and a groove (220) vertically formed between the wings (210). According to the present invention, local anesthesia can be efficiently and rapidly performed.
