The present invention relates to a central tensile line for an overhead transmission line and an overhead transmission line including the same. More specifically, both tensile strength and flexibility of an overhead transmission line can be increased at the same time and vibration resistant stability can be secured during operation of the overhead transmission line. Corrosion of conductor lines arranged around the center tensile line of the overhead transmission line can be suppressed. And the overall resistance of the overhead transmission line is reduced so as to increase a transmission amount.
