According to the present invention, an onboard cybersecurity diagnosis system for a vehicle comprises: at least one in-vehicle network (IVN) security diagnosis sensor for detecting and diagnosing an electronic control unit (ECU) attack command on a communication bus; at least one ECU which controls an actuator based on sensor data collected from the sensor, performs self-diagnosis of the integrity of ECU electronic control software, and fuses a security diagnosis packet received from at least one IVN security diagnosis sensor and the sensor data to diagnose the integrity of ECU electronic control data; and a cyber dashboard displaying a security defect when the security defect occurs in the integrity of the ECU electronic control SW or the ECU electronic control data.
