An artificial hatching plant of Rana dybowskii of the present invention includes a water tank for storing and supplying water; a water heater for warming the water supplied through the water tank; a water temperature buffer receiving the heated water through the water heater to discharge hot water at a predetermined temperature; and hatching paper, wherein an inlet and a drain are installed in the same direction to prevent water flow, and which receives the hot water at a predetermined temperature from the water temperature buffer through the inlet. The artificial hatching plant of Rana dybowskii of the present invention facilitates temperature management for each hatching process and can smoothly and effectively carry out oxygen supply in water, which is a key factor in increasing a hatching rate, thereby obtaining an excellent effect of increasing the artificial hatching rate of Rana dybowskii.
