A buffering station, and a water inlet and a draining port are installed in the same direction to prevent water flow, and include a hatching paper that receives hot water at a constant temperature from the water temperature buffering station through the watering port. The artificial incubation facility of the open copper frog of the present invention is easy to manage the temperature for each incubation process and can smoothly and effectively supply oxygen in the water, which is a key factor in improving the incubation rate, so that an excellent effect of increasing the artificial incubation rate of the open copper can be obtained.
