Disclosed are a starting control device for a riding type rice transplanter, a starting control device for the same, and a riding type rice transplanter including the starting control device. According to an aspect of the present invention, the starting control device includes: a go-stop switch inputting an execution command for entering a go-stop mode; a transplantation lever position sensor detecting a control position of a transplantation lever; an idle state detecting switch switched on/off in accordance with the position of a governor lever of an engine, connected to a transmission pedal, and outputting information related to an idle state of the engine; and a control unit controlling automatic stop of the engine based on the information transmitted from the idle state detecting switch and the transplantation lever position sensor. The control unit determines whether a control state of the transmission pedal and the transplantation lever satisfies an automatic stopping (off) condition, based on the information provided by the idle state detecting switch and the transplantation lever position sensor at a time in which a signal for stopping the engine is input by the go-stop switch. Also, the control unit minimizes unnecessary consumption of a fuel by controlling the automatic stopping of the engine when the control state of the transmission pedal and the transplantation lever satisfies the automatic stopping condition.
