The said subject is a curcumin containing formulation, which contains amorphous curcumin and does not contain crystalline curcumin substantially, and has the maximum in the range of 1508.00-1513.00 cm -1 in the infrared absorption spectrum separated by wave function. The branch is solved by the formulation whose ratio (Cp / Ap) of the intensity (Cp) of the peak and the intensity (Ap) of the peak having a maximum within the range of 1513.50 to 1517.00 cm -1 is 0.25 or less.
