The transfer chain is configured to transfer the material to be cut placed on the loading boards to a cutting location by performing a caterpillar type rotation motion or a forward and backward reciprocating motion by a chain driving means. According to the present invention, the slice cutter for refrigerated and frozen meat including a cutting board for refrigerated and frozen meat comprises: a cutter main body (100); the cutting board for refrigerated and frozen meat (220); a loading unit (200) mounted in the cutter main body to be able to reciprocate forward and backward; and a cutting unit (300) mounted in the cutter main body and configured to cut the material to be cut supplied by the loading unit.
