The present invention is a technology related to an investment system in which cryptocurrency and escrow are combined so that an initial stage of business such as initial coin offering (ICO) can be stably invested without significant loss. According to the present invention, the investment system using cryptocurrency and escrow comprises: an investment condition unit which establishes conditions under which an investment is paid to an institution; an investment reception unit for receiving the investment from an investor to be paid to the institution; an escrow unit for depositing the investment into an escrow account; and a token wallet unit in which tokens issued by the institution to be paid to the investor are deposited if the institution satisfies the conditions. If the institution does not meet the conditions, the investment is returned to the investor, and the token is incinerated.
