The present invention relates to a paper box manufacturing method and a paper box manufactured by the same and, more specifically, to a method for manufacturing a paper box in a factory automation type, which assists management of quality and raw/subsidiary materials of a paper box while realizing mass production of the paper box, and a paper box manufactured by the same. To this end, according to the present invention, the method comprises: an adhesive coating step of coating adhesives on the upper surface of a printed sheet while separating a plurality of printed sheets cut and stacked through a Thomson process into each sheet through a separator; an inner box arrangement step of mounting a previously manufactured inner box at the central part of the printed sheet through a robot arm; a printed sheet attachment step of pressing the upper end of the inner box with a pressing machine to attach the bottom surface of the inner box to the central part of the printed sheet; and a box finishing step of moving the inner box and the printed sheet, which are attached to each other, to a forming machine to surround the inner box with the printed sheet unfolded on a plane and discharging a paper box to the outside.
