According to the present invention, provided is a method for manufacturing a rubber composition by using styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR) and butadiene rubber (BR), which puts a nest silica having a nest structure formed on a surface thereof by organic materials into a mixing solution of SBR and BR to obtain an SBR/BR-nest silica composite by a wet masterbatch method, and adds 0.5 -10 phr of 2-ethylhexanoic acid zinc salt (ZEH) along well-known additives to the obtained SBR/BR-nest silica composite. According to the present invention, the rubber composition can manufacture SBR/BR compounded rubber having excellent modulus and tensile strength while having 90 phr or more of silica content within the compounded rubber by adding ZEH along well-known additives. In addition, the present invention can manufacture a rubber composition expressing physical properties fitted for usages of compounded rubber by methods of controlling manufacturing components of the nest silica, the content of silica within the compounded rubber and the content of additives such as vulcanizing accelerator and the like.
