According to the present invention, provided is a digitally controlled voltage compensation system for an idle stop & go (ISG) vehicle, which comprises: a digital control unit receiving an ISG signal, an IGN signal, and ACC input as an input signal and including a first driver, a second driver, and a switch on/off driver controlled by a digital PWM; a bypass switch receiving battery voltage in a bypass mode to perform bypass in a normal state in accordance with control of the digital control unit; and a power conversion circuit receiving the battery voltage in an ISG mode to maintain constant output voltage in accordance with the control of the digital control unit.
