The present invention relates to a method for providing production history information of a meat processing factory using a QR code. The method may save more information than a one-dimensional barcode, recover when the QR code is damaged, generate production history information of a meat processing factory with a QR code, which may be read in 360 degrees, and provide the production history information to a consumer. According to the present invention, the method may provide the production history information of the meat processing factory generated by the QR code to the consumer to manage the production history information by storing much more information than the one-dimensional barcode, recover the QR code when the QR code is damaged, and have the QR code, which may be read in 360 degrees in any direction, thereby improving the ease of use.
