The present invention relates to a tire with a QR code embedded for overall production management and a method for overall production management using a QR code embedded tire, wherein a QR code is imprinted to have an embossed portion and an intaglio portion by a laser marker in a portion on a surface of the tire, and the embossed portion of the QR code is colored in a preset color. The intaglio portion of the QR code is not colored and has the same color as the outer surface color of the tire, and colors of the embossed portion and the intaglio portion can be distinguished when being reflected by a camera of an electric device. Therefore, in case of production of a tire, a history of each process is stored in a database computer network, and through a QR codes, a consumer can check contents stored in the database computer network.
