The present invention relates to an integrated small-scale water facility management system to enable a central center to remotely control a system, such as a water purification facility, a drainage area, and the like, of a site. According to the present invention, the integrated small-scale water facility management system comprises: a site terminal capable of controlling a system of the water purification facility and the drainage area; a first photographing device transmitting photographic information of the water purification facility to the site terminal; a second photographing device transmitting photographic information of the drainage area to the site terminal; a water quality measurer transmitting water quality information of purified water to the site terminal; an integrated management terminal determining whether the water quality of purified water is normal; and a control terminal capable of controlling the system of the water purification facility and the drainage area.
