According to an embodiment of the present invention, the present invention relates to a device for transporting a molten iron and an assembling method thereof comprising a pair of support parts; a vessel disposed between the support parts to contain the molten iron; a cart moving along the rail; a center pivot disposed on an upper part of the cart such that the support part is rotatably mounted; and a fixture which is partially coupled to the cart through a hole in the center pivot. The center pivot is prevented from being detached from the cart by the fixture. Accordingly, the device for transporting the molten iron is capable of preventing the vessel and the like from being pushed on a curved section of the rail, thereby preventing a contact accident with a steelmaking facility.
